Actually what the 911 commission found was that there was a link between iraq and al quada just not a link between iraq and 911 which was never the administrations claim to begin with.

I had a great email with a pick of bush standing in front of a whiTe board, on it was written "iraq" and "AL Quayeda", the Qs in both of them were circled and he was saying "we've established a clear link".
