Immaculate conception, huh, Mary?

Well, it was damn fine conception anyway. Oh sure, he contributed, but in the overall scheme of things, I am the babymaster!!

POW!

Moebius, what style of woodwork do you prefer? router work, turning stuff on a lathe, etc?

My favorite aspect at this point is joinery. Creating a nice fitting joint is gratifying. I don't own a lathe yet, so none of that for me. Initial attempts at box joints and dovetails were routed, but I am trying to increase my proficiency with a back saw so I can do hand cut dovetails. I greatly prefer the feel of hand tools to power tools.

EDIT: BTW, all men do is provide part of the raw materials. The mom does all the crafting.

Spare time?

I like to work on my garden in the summer and cruise further down south in the winter.

As a matter of fact my okra, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, and peppers are doing great.

She sicked her lawyers on you huh?
Nope, rather my lawyer said we wouldn't be able to get into a court room before the summer and I could be held in contempt if I refused to deliver him given our current ruling. We're going after her in the fall. She can't afford a lawyer anyway, I'm sure, and I have a hard time imagining her phoning up the DuPage County Bar Association to ask about free legal services.

Just for my religious nitpick for the day, "Immaculate Conception" is the Catholic doctrine that Mary was born without original sin so she would be a pure vessel for Jesus. The act of her getting divinely knocked up was the Annuciation.

Well im not a "working man" im currently attending University and working part time which doesnt leave me much spare time, but as of right now i spend the majority of my free time doing the following:

Smooching with my lady friend, hanging out with buddies, reading all the books i should have during last semester, walking the streets of the city finding all the cool little side stores, finding new and old music, and posting on Allakhazams. Also drinking lots and lots of coffee or caffiene related drinks i can find.

And, Kao, don't listen to Gitslayer. In his spare time he hits all the yard sales and buys old lawnmowers and leaf blowers to repair for his burgeoning lawn care service (cash only though!). That growing army of illegal immigrant family members sneaking across the border is startling! Who knew a runt like him could father so many kids named Jose!
