Okay, I heard this one and was wondering what y'all think. I don't really have a position on it beyond thinking it sounds somewhat plausable. I don't really buy into all that crap, but who knows. Here is the theory:
The US has captured Bin Laden and aren't gonna tell anyone till a few weeks before the election.

Why? What good would announcing it right before the election do? I think it would do little to sway anyones decision.

Mwah, this baffles. You dont think Bush would be parading Bin Laden and the capture and the "sucess" of his war on terror like a ****?
How many people would be swayed by Bush administration capturing Bin Laden.
anyways this old story ill post link, Madeleine Albright (Secretary of state under clinton if you dont remember) claimed that they had captured Osama and were just waiting for politically right time to report it.

While I wouldn't be swayed a bit by his capture, I'd like to see Bin Laden go down. Just because we named him as the man behind 9/11.

They did make sure to say Bin Laden was behind the "planned terror attacks on the democratic process". Got to get his name back in the paper before he's completely cast out by the Saddam spotlight.
