Well thats just terrible, I would be more entertained if the lion mauled the piglet. I'm sure the Thai public won't mind a few pig guts splattered around a pen.

Why does this bother you PJ? Zoo animals are kept for breeding and entertainment.

These animals are not going anywhere else because they are already out of their enviroment and they will never be able to conform if they are released into the wild.

As weird as it sounds, it's a respect thing. Regardless of the fact they are no longer in their natural habitat, who are we to decide to remove all instinct by cohabitating what would be predator and prey.
