Since this thread has already been hijacked by the racism issue, I guess I'll just feed the fire :P

The only one qualified to talk about what blacks want or don't want is me. The rest of you are on the outside lookin' in. I speak for my dark hued brethren.

Now I'm pretty new in here, I do more reading than posting, and Tote, I like you enough to believe that this statement was at least 70% in jest, but godd'amnit, that statement is beneath you, man. This is my biggest beef with your "dark hued bretherein". Always shootin yourselves in the foot!
Now it's pretty damn hard to say anything negative about a race in general without sounding like a racist, but whatever, FO&D.
"It's a <insert your race here> thing... you wouldn't understand". Most people share this same feeling about their race to a certain extent, but no one of any other race I have met, heard about, or read about can compare with every black person I know on this issue. Frankly it's become one of the trademarks the black stereotype. :(
I guess I'm one of the few, but I don't see this massive, intrinsic gap between cultures that can never be overcome, nor do I feel some sort of link to every other white person I've ever met... most people of every race are assh0les. I wouldn't claim to know or understand WTF goes through any of their heads. I'm actually moderately offended every time some one calls me "white"... you're grouping me together with every white ******* you've ever met, and I resent that.
So why does an intelligent black feller like yourself feel so strong a bond of skin color that you would claim (even jokingly)omnipresent empathy with every shi'thead out there that happens to be black?
