So true, I bought it a week after release on a whim, came home and installed it, took one look at the graphics, and was promptly on the floor pointing and laughing at my screen.
This subsided when I realized I have blown 50 bucks on a laugh, and quickly went back to the store and weaseled my way into a refund (try that now-a-days with a mmorpg, i'm damn suprised I got away with it even then).
