What have you fine folks got planned for the summer? Any holidays planned? Trips? Rendezvous-a-plenty? Joining an outlaw biker gang? Marching in gay pride parades? I'm going to Las Vegas next week and probably to the Rockies camping later this summer. After that, I'll be too fat to do anything. Yay!

I have family coming to town for the 4th to meet the kidlet. Other than that, a few stolen weekends are all I am able to enjoy. Everything else is work, change diapers, feed the kid and sneek sleep now and then.

I am taking the advice of many and enjoying the "quiet time" I have now, because it'll be gone soon enough!!

To use a line that really applies to Canada

" A summer spent and a winter earned"

Im just enjoying summer break from university, working and having a good time. Spending time with friends and family i neglected during the school year (only visited home 2x from August until May).

Dunno this summer feels like im a teenager (of course im only 23) not a responsibilty in the world. Nothing like walking to the park and sitting in the sun and just reading a book or playing random sports with friends. Stuff you cant do when its -30 degrees centigrade.

Ive got no major travels or anything planned just getting while the getting is good.

^^ Lol

I'm actually taking a class at a local community college to get it out of the way for next year. Other than that, I'm still looking for summer work, and I've been spending lots more time reading for some odd reason.

Just got back from Tahoe, heading to Hawaii in August to bring my son to college. The rest of the time I'll be training my puppy who I got just the day before yesterday. A standard poodle. Black, like me.

I'll be in Houston most of the summer. Yay!

On the plus side, galveston isn't too far away, maybe I'll go shark fishing.
