I almost shot milk out of my nose upon reading that one.

So what you are saying is that nothing happened. I almost killed myself when I read this.

there are no more liberals in Minnesota. Haven't you read the papers lately? They all crawled back in to their little underground lairs when we elected a conservative senator and Governor. ;)
I can see the sticky dismal cloud of evil descending over my once beautiful and noble state.

:::Stands on capitol hill, shaking her fist in impotent rage and defiance::: Damn you, Governor Pawlenty! Norm Coleman, bite me!

I could say that trying to laugh and drink at the same time results in an uncofortable feeling in the back of ones nose and throat, but... that is rather pointless isn't it. Thus "almost" shooting milk out of my nose is a simple way to use hyperbole as well as get my basic point across.

Me, but I don't post much. And I'm obviously not a sock puppet.

have 2, thank you very much. And I know you're a sock puppet simply because there are no more liberals in Minnesota. Haven't you read the papers lately? They all crawled back in to their little underground lairs when we elected a conservative senator and Governor. ;)

We're here. Don't forget your governor got less then 45% of the vote (against two candidates that were less than ideal -- Tim Penny and Roger Moe). Not exactly a strong showing.

And Norm isn't really a conservative, he's an opportunist (having met, spoken with, and interviewed him I feel perfectly fine in making an assessment of his motivations). He'll switch back when the wind blows that direction. As an aside, without the Wellstone plane crash and the memorial backlash, he wouldn't have been elected.

Witty retort or a confession?

I'd like to think of it as Moe saying he has two openings where his balls should be. Must be just a sack flailing in the wind of his flatulence.
