Leave the Last threads out of this. Those are a masterpiece of... something. While they may not serve to become the more entertaining of threads on this board, they keep me occupied from otherwise reading the pablum being written by most others on the OoT portion of this site.

I will remind you that when smash made his big to-do about leaving that it was I whom he claimed was his arch rival and he openly admitted that I had at times got the best of him.
Don't remember the exact wording but it was on that line. Hell even you should remember the creation of Tacosid 1-7 (by smash) to sway his popularity poll.

But here I am throwing a variety of techniques here at you-- so as to provide that "fresh material" you were lamenting was so deficient in my style --yet you yourself resort to the same thing you have used repeatedly in the past. Here is the deal, Coach. You fail to understand commodity. I will clarify my point but it will require a Herculean effort on your part to understand what I mean, so please pay close attention. The reason I say this is because your previous post, however impressive (or not), is mere child's play.

Every useful thing is a whole composed of many properties; it can therefore be useful in various ways." Think about that carefully. Okay, now consider the "exchange-value" of a commodity as opposed to its "use-value." Let me break that down for you. What was the amount of time needed by you to create your last post? Let's say one hour. Ok. According to the "use-value" theory, any other post which took one hour to create has the same value as your previous post. In simple terms, the amount of labor determines the value of any post. But, if this were true, any drunk rambling by say, Angry Hippo, would possess the same value of any of Patrician's posts requiring the same amount of socially necessary labor, ie meaning the accepted standards of labor within a society.

I've finnally come to the conclusion that quitting EQ isn't worth the effort if I don't quit message boards as well. I'm spending more time reading and posting than I did playing. So this is it. Let me tidy up some ends and I'll be on my way:
My job is quite genuine.
I am Kline. Mia Culpa: I was bored.
Regardless of what I may have said in other posts I quit FoS because it was just too much. It was getting in the way of work, of sleep, etc. I freely admit I became *addicted* to EQ. If that makes me weak, so be it.
I am Tacosid 1 - 6. I created them to skew poll results. If that makes me petty and vain, so be it.
I am not an insane ranting egomaniac in life. This should be obvious, but the message board persona isn't the same as the in game persona and the in game persona isn't me. In reality I'm an average upper class white government worker with a great wife and two cats (Gandalph and Grackle).
I'd like to thank some people breifly:
Thanks Alla, Illa and Dark for running the most fun EQ web site and message board in the universe.
Thanks Tacosid for playing the perfect foil to my persona and getting the best of me on occasion while never admitting defeat whan I got the best of him.
Thanks Calimyr for being one of the funniest people I've ever chatted with. Anytime I saw "veeshan.apostate tells you:" pop up in my chat window I knew I'd be in for a laugh or would learn something new about the game.
Thanks Thundra for being the best flamer on the board and smart enough not to overexpose that tallent (unlike me).
