Heh in my neck of the woods, a 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse MIGHT run you 100k, and chances are if way cheaper than that. I rent cause my credit got screwed, so i dont shop much for buying stuff.
My parents bought a 4 BR/2BA house on an acre of land for 110k a few years back if that gives you any indication of the value of stuff down here :)

We actually almost sold the house in VA and moved to Savanah last year. I think we're going to likely sell it and pick something up on the west coast. Or maybe Hawaii even. Savanah is one of my favorite places though. Athens, too.

This needs to be clarified. 16 is the official age of consent, unless your name is Celine Dion, then you can consent legally at 13, and everyone in our country will ignore that you are being raped.
