One of my favorite (if depressing) websites has recently come across several incriminating photos of U.S. troops abusing captive Iraqis.
I'm not naive enough that I truly think it never happens, but I'm still disappointed that our troops (or anyone really) can be so abusive. Anyway, if I feel miserable about it, I thought I'd spread the wealth. I don't understand how others can be so lacking in empathy.

There is a good place for people like those two and it is called the US Disciplinary Barracks, I hope they get to spend a Loooooooong time there.
On a side note though, the iraquis they have if they are iraquis are probably guilty of a lot more heinous crimes, though it does not make the pairs actions any more acceptible.

Somebody forgot to indict Bush as a war criminal for perpetrating a war of aggression against a soverign state.
Whoops I forgot, Bush pulled the US out of the International Criminal Court. He decided he didn't like it so much I guess, probably like pretzels now - not as if the US had signed the Rome Convention or anything.
You know he's threatened to withdraw foreign and military aid from small and struggling nations in an attempt to get them to renounce their support for the ICC and support the US?

Whats wrong with you is that you assume that the Iraqi's are likely guilty of something horrific.
I'd respond the same way if I posted about the KKK dragging a black man to death and you replied that "he probably did something to **** them off first".
