I know that not everyone is mean. I realize that not all of the threads turn into flame-fests. But if they do, is it really that big a deal? I think it's very funny, and gives me something to read at work (because who the hell really wants to work, anyway)

Hrmm I started posting in Aug 2000, and avoided OOT like the plague. It was boring. Now I check it before I check the EQ forum (and yes I still play, stfu). If I've been flamed here I don't remember, of course I would kinda expect it from reading the threads.

Nothing to do. Taking some time off from the consulting gig so I have a lot more spare time to go hang out in LA, play poker a lot, and post here.
Mostly play poker though. I've made enough money at it lately to think i could just do that for cash, but that's ussually the point where people loose a ******** of money so I'm looking foward to that. Probably when I'm playing at the Bellagio next weekend.

This must be as frustrating as hell for Alla. Work your butt off to set up and maintain the site so that folks can exchange information - set up an OOT area for folks - then have it turn into a virtual inner-city back alley. Along comes an FFX player, young teen, innocent, full of the joy of life. Just walking down a virtual street, and tunrs into Alla's OOT Alley. Nice looking place. WHAM - thugs jump out from behind trash cans and cardboard boxes and scare the bejeesus out of the kid. And WHY? "He was on our turf, man - he had it coming."
