The reason the FFXI people are being directed here is the same reason this forum was created originally and the EQ people were forced to go here (and yes as I recall most came here kicking and screaming in protest). We want to keep the game forums for game conversations and move the non-game conversations to their own forum. We debated creating a FFXI-specific OOT forum, but it seems silly to do that when we have a perfectly good one right here. Plus, it's always been my contention that larger communities are better than small ones and all that would have done would be split the forums into smaller bits. So it's not as much that we want to inject new people into this forum as that we have already existing posters in need of a forum and this one fits exactly what they need.

Granted, you posted this early, but bull ****. Threatening banning for being mean to someone in OOT? Nice. No one knew she was an admin. I had posts deleted from the new OOT that I don't believe contained any swearing, had lines deleted that contained the word *** and the mood around here has indeed changed.

havn't been to the new OOT yet, i'll see what's up.

Don't worry about it. I know what's up. Alla said he was modding harder over there. Modded out some pretty weak stuff IMO, but hey, he's the boss.

Aside from this forum? Addicted to Everquest, still, almost four years on for me. Now, come Fall here in the Southern Magnetic hemisphere, I'll be addicted to the Chargers...as if watching anything that painful could be called anything else. And my other addiction has no name. If I could name it I would have to admit to having it, isn't that the first of the twelve steps?
