That would be a crazy situation. One one hand you could just tell her and hope she sees you're being a good guy. On the other hand if the pic had nothing to do with her then she'd probably think you just hoped it was her naked or something. In which case not onle would you seem like slime but she would undoubtedly tell her brother. Thus, straining relations for a while. Unless I was absolutely sure it was her I would probably just say nothing about it.
