Twiztid's list of annoyances:

1. Who in their right mind would believe that there was actually a million dollar bill? We should find all these people and make sure they are wearing their tin foil hats.

2. Why would you try to use a million dollar bill at a Walmart? Do you actually expect to get $998,325 in change from a WALMART?

3. Do women actually look like that? Ick. She looks like one of those professional women weight lifters, the kind on those "World's Stongest She-man" competitions. Eek.

It takes a special sort of person to get arrested on forgery charges from an over the counter item that you can buy in a local Spencer's.

I'm kinda curious how they expect to charge her with "Forgery"? She very clearly did not actually make the bill. Also, Forgery requires an active attempt to make a "fake currency" that looks like real currency. There are requirements for something to be forged. It has to at leasts look like something "real" first (and has to match the real currency within a certain number of points). Since there is no million dollar bill, you can't be charged with forgery for making a fake one. That's why those novelty fake bills are for oddball amounts, or very specifically don't match real bill (like the Thwirty dollar bills).

She could *maybe* be charged with attempting to pass counterfeit money, but even that's a stretch. Again. The bill is not "fake". To be fake, there would have to be a real million dollar bill. What she was attempting to buy her merchandise with was an 100% authentic novelty bill. If the chashier chose to honor it, that would be his fault. I can walk up to a store and attempt to buy stuff with Monopoly money if I want, and I'm not breaking any laws. If they accept the money in exchange for the goods, that's their problem. I still haven't broken any laws.

I'm honestly surprised she even got arrested. Most folks would just laugh at the attempt and be done with it.

Oh. And I use the term "she" very loosely. That's one scary woman...
