I used to play EQ up to the Velius expansion, even travlled that one city to buy a proc'ing spear at lvl 23. What a journey that was. Played Gemstone III before EQ, after EQ, and inbetween whatever MMORPG catches my eye for a couple years. Currently, it's SWG. I also play D&D, and am currently working on a spreadsheet for creating a character less of a hassle. (If anyone has a question about functions in Excel, I might just be able to answer it.)
I'm male, 6'2", about 200 lbs, shoulderblade length brown hair, (usually) trimmed beard. My ancestry is German/Scandanavian, though I can't read or speak either language.
I have a 2 year old daughter and am married for all intents and purposes.
I'm fairly easy going, except when I perceive unfairness. I do hate my job, and have begun doing next to nothing at work. I expect to be put on probation within a few weeks. I'm looking into a new job for more money, and will go back to college to further my knowledge.
Uhm...other than that, if you want to know more about me, just ask.

OK, I am 38 years old, and live in the LA area. I have been married for 17 years and have 4 kids. All of my kids play eq (ages 10 to 15) and my wife plays sometiems, though it is rare...she is usually asking me when I am going to stop playing EQ. I am a network security engineer. I got my degree in electrical negineering from Cal Poly. I was an officer in the NAVY for 4 years, got out and got my masters in computer science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
I have played EQ since the day the Erollisi Marr server came up. Played UO before that. I have left EQ 3 times in the past for extended periods. The first two times I deleted my characters, which were high lvl. The last time I did not, I knew I'd be back. Played DOAC and grew tired of it. Played Planetside mroe recntly, which was loads of fun for about 3 days.
