I'm not at all sure when I first posted anything. I registered sometime in the fall of 2002? after finding my way from EQAtlas to Allah in the quest for any info on the game. I guess I'm an information junky. I didn't post anything for over a year as I was useing the EQ board as a source of info for my various characters and the OOT for entertainment between appointments at work. Probably the first thing I did was post on one of the polls-really have no ides; but I'm sure KAO could find it - bu no need to Kao. Allways figured that I was alittle too old and boreing to get involved in the flame wars - but did jump into one of them and was promptly ignored, probably because no one had a clue who I was.

It would be September 2002, when I started on the General forum.
I humbily asked all sorts of questions, especially about druids.
I was very suprised with the kind reception and decided to stay. Gradually ventured into the OOT, which is the only thing I really come here for these days.
Made a lot of online friends through this board, which is why Allah's will always have a special place in my heart.

It was back in 1932. The war was just coming to an end, the economy was at it's best, and Elvis had just been abducted by aliens. EverQuest was the bread and pickle butter of the "in" crowd. So, me being the trendy metrosexual hair designer I was, traded a camel and my three daughters for a copy of the game.
On a serious note, I think I still have the box of my original copy around here somewhere. I think I paid $69.99 for it.
Anyway, I don't even remember when I registered when I registered. I started playing sometime shortly after release, June or July of '99, I believe. This is way back when everyone who hit level 50 had a serverwide message congratulating them, Naggy and Vox hadn't died yet, and Kithicor Forest was the most boring zone in the game. I registered a year or so later.
I think I was a troll. If I wasn't, I know I had made the first sockpuppet to keep the boards entertained for a few days. Things were starting to go kinda slow.
Haven't been around lately. Took a trip to Florida, came back to PA for the weekend, and I'm definitely going back tomorrow (Monday). I'll post a huge update in a week or two.
