No, we should just adopt regulations that require you to first extract some of the dna and test it for mutations, then have an ultrasound done to see if it has feathers. Then once you've met those requirements proving that the Non-fertilized yolk is neither mutant nor gay, then you can abort it from a tall building - or a tree (might as well recreate that moment leaving the nest). Lastly, there has to be a hospital with a brain surgeon in residency within 1000 yards of the drop spot.
