Hello I am Deliciont from cerberus i am looking foe either Brass armor (lv.27) Centurion's armor (lv.30) or einshberg (lv29) no i dont khow i fi spelled that wrong but please /tell me if you are slling any of this armor thanks

The brass armor is sold off some NPC's in Bastok (although Bastok probably needs to be in first place.) Some of these pieces are dropped off of goblins in delfutt's tower. You can do a search in this website and find out which ones specifically :)
The centurion armor can be purchased by any Bastokian with enough CP ~ so if you have any bastokian friends you could see if they would purchase for you to buy.
The Eisen armor is craftable by Smithing 40+ looks like the Smither would also need some leathercraft and goldsmithing skill. If you have a smither friend they could make you this set.

I think Bastok is in third place at the moment, so if I'm not mistaken, you can purchase the Centurion's Armour from the NPC gate guards in Bastok (even though you're from Sandy). It would cost you a considerable amount more Conquest Points than the Sandy equivilent though.
Just an alternative suggestion if you can't find any Bastok people who're willing to purchase them with their own CPs for you.

But how can i buy centurions through bastok NPC they always tell me "Go away foriegner find your own nation blah blah blah....."

Anyone willing to use there conquest points and dont really need them >.> lol
Did you try it when your home nation was above Bastok in the Conquest tally? I am pretty sure that's the criteria for purchasing from foreign nations.
