POL help.Follow

Hello Cerberus. Im going to post here to avoid massive flaming, i can deal with a little, lol.

Well my account got hit with the ban stick today and im unsure why. when i try to logon to POL it says to contact this information center but i cant actually login to POL. So im wondering if anyone here can tell me where to go to find out why i got suspended.

I cant really think of the reason since im on PS2 that means no hacks, bots, or even windower. Those that know me you can tell ive never bought gil due to my gear. So im just trying to figure out why.

Don't know what to say, but I think you will get banned or suspended if you allowed another person (even unknowingly) logged into you and use cheats or conduct trades with RMT, or your billing information is the same as someone who is banned with a legit reason. Compromised accounts (via phising, internet worms, and key logging) >< are not something new (you may have used your account info even not online while using your PC for other purposes), and only you can protect yourself from people hacking or misusing your account. I had never allowed another person to logged into my account, and I am always very conscious about the need of internet security.

It may be also it is an error of the hack detection.

There is no way I can proof or disproof your account has been used for hacking (intentionally or unintentionally).

Well i think im sure of what happened. I let someone in my ls use my thf for TH every now and then and he was on his 2nd account. Pretty much they linked the IP of an old account that was banned and found it on his current account and mine. Hopefully i can explain everything to pol if not farewell bladesingers and lostfate.

If it was your first offense then there shouldn't be too much pressure.

However, to be safe I'd change your password, check for any type of virus/keylogger you could have, and NEVER let that other guy use your account.

Well I'm going to try to call POL today and hopefully they beleive me, and give me a 2nd chance seeing as ive been playing for ~3 years with a spotless record till now. If not Hopefully someone here can hook me up with a worldpass to start grinding out lvls again to get my nin back to 75 lol.
