me and my freind are doing the mission with the reddragon at the end of it i am a level 16 rdm and he is a 12 war we think we are going to need help beating it we are in windurst and ready to fight it if any one would like to help us or give us soom info on beating the dragon let me know here or send tell to bowmann or shortchop this is my first post here so i hope it helps me out thanks.
What I will say is get level 25 first. Level 16 and 12 are going to be hard to make themselves useful for that fight.

I agree with Amanada, get to level 25 first, it's going to be incredibly hard to win at 16.
When you do go fight it, remember to Sleep the Dragon, Silence the Eye.
Kill the eye first, then go after the dragon.
