Please..stop the killing.Follow

I didn’t think about it, I never have, not until now. I’m no more innocent than you, I can be blamed just as much as you or the next person; I speak now because if no one says anything then the killing will just continue. We have to act now…for all of our sakes.

It was just an ordinary day like any other. I was broke on gil like any other moment in my FFXI life so I decided to go to Rolanberry Fields for some regular crawler and goobbue farming.

I was a PLD/THF, and I was hunting mobs down fast, two stacks of silk came up fairly fast. Then, I saw a goobbue, and like on any other goobbue, I would Sneak Attack and then come up behind for a critical hit to make the kill faster.

As I came up behind the goobbue, he turned around suddenly and screamed, “AHhhhhhhh! Please don’t kill me! OMG please don’t!” The goobbue literally just broke into tears, now on his knees. It sounded awful as mucus dripped away from his nostrils and landed on his teeth. I couldn’t help myself, I didn’t follow through with my attack, I disengaged my gluttony.

“I’m sorry, I just never knew you guys have feelings.”

The goobbue began wiping tears away, whining, “How would you feel if you were killed within every five minutes of spawning! It isn’t fair I tell ya! I don’t want to die. I just want to live a normal life…I just want to be free.”

It was at that moment that I realized every adventurer of Vana’diel has been blinded by greed. Long since the days of our first job we have killed these animals for gil, EXP, and drops. Every time we kill another creature of Vana’diel, we kill a little bit of ourselves. Most of us don’t even realize what we do, affects not just the mob we kill, but also those that knew the mob. These mobs have families for goodness sake, and we ignore that because we want EXP.

I hate knowing what I’ve become, a mass murderer; these mobs deserve better than this. I feel like I don’t even know myself anymore. We shouldn’t be fighting with them, they should be our friends…our neighbors…our family.

Please, just stop and think about what you’re doing….

Man, you got conned. Don't you know there's a bounty on him? He was caught harassing Calm Sheep in La Theine Plateau, and now they're all pissed off because of him, and won't give milk. If you deliver the package he was carrying to the Oc Shun Haus, you'll get the money they have for you. It's just some sticks, I don't know why that Oc guy wants them so bad or what they have to do with making the sheep give milk again, but hey, if he has some weird stick fetish, that's on him.

Tsk tsk tsk. Don't be swayed so easily by some tears. Next time, you never know... he could have a knife waiting for you behind those teardrops. O.o

The Green Peace of Vana'Diel demands all halt of extermination of Gobbues and Crawlers. Over use of Vana'Diel resources in logging and mining have leads to climate change, and global warming.

Our special Secret Tarutaru Service agents will hunt down any illegal farmers and miners. Our agents override the power of GMs, and can banish any person who damages Vana'Diel environment to Mordion Goal.

This sounds dangerous. More and more adventurers are conforming to the alarming belief...spread by the likes of Bluffnix and now Guyfrombastok...that MOBS are peaceful. What about the rumored empire of Aht Urghan? Their home is besieged by bloddthirsty MOBS daily. Granted there are no Crawlers or Goobbues scaling the walls in a blood frenzy. But the meek (non-aggroing) MOBS are only the beginning. If we don't take preemptive action, then Vana'diel will be overrun with Rumble Crawlers instead of Berry Grubs. Make no mistake...this is war. And I for one want to make it out alive.

Amanada LIES! He's a corporate spy sent to monitor all of your chocobos' Gysahl Greens intakes! He's then going to genetically manipulate them to make a race of Hi-Gysahl Greens, and feed them to all the chocobos of the world to turn them into Chocozombies and take over Vana'diel with them! Don't be fooled!

Goobues dont spawn every 5 minutes, it takes at least 7 minutes! Lies! Lies and slander!

This is a con to get everybody to stop killing the goobue...


...Then BAM! All the goobue are out wandering, which means more
for Danyu!

Now, i'll become reporter like, and only cut out parts of that
speech that will make it prove my point!
