It's been about 8 months now that I've quit the game. I followed some friends to WoW and have been there for about 7 months now. Although WoW is better for my time schedule in that soloing is very possible, I really miss the friends I made on FFXI and the overall friendly community it offers. I was just popping in to see how many people I knew that still play.

I like my SMN... it's the only job in the game I enjoy playing and don't need to accomodate my schedule to pt with people.

Orik! Me, Chinqlinq, Swilly, and Bdroid are still playing^^. There was somebody walking around w/ your account a while back claiming to be you. Anywho, what server are you on? I just started a 10-day Trial thing on Blackhand.
Man, I'm surprised at everyone that's still playing O_O I'm actually thinking about loading up the discs and starting over, but we'll see. If I did, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to get a WP :) That's funny about someone claiming to be me, although I did sell my account. Probably trying to get free stuff from people. But anywho, I'll post back here if I decide to play again. Oh, to answer your question Jhun, I'm on the Maelstrom server :D Good to here from everyone again!

P.S. I kinda want to try something new this time around. I'm thinking Taru BLM, but I also like Mithra RNG or THF. Help me decide.

RNG was changed and while its not a nerf as a lot of people shouted it takes more skill to play and many people see the RNG job as nerfed and it affects party invites.
Out of the 3 you quoted the one that will get you most regular invites is BLM.
