i was just wonderring if the AH prices have sorted themselves out yet or are they still going berserk?
There starting to drop again i believe. Still ****** though
Some prices may have went down, some prices definitely have stayed outrageous. I say get used to it. Over very little time, all prices are going to go up and stay there.
Realize, guys.. that Scorpion Harness you want so badly (that has nearly tripled in price over the last 2 months) isn't so hard to save for when the small things you sell to make your gil have went up just as steadily.
Darksteel ores were 20k/ea. in early December (on Cerberus) and had hit 80k by the end of January. Last I checked Beehive chips were 20k/Stack. Silk, tree cuttings, slime oil, everything you can think of to farm up for some gil is way up in price. Bonus for those saving for a luxury (not necessary) item.

I think a key way of winning this price hike is to keep item and less cash. Only sell when you need to buy another item. That applies from Beehive Chips to Healing Staff.
Keeping liquid cash will only make you lose money -- invest on an item, or do not sell farmed items when cash is needed.

Amanada is 100% correct. I have been using that tecnique since day 1.
