anyone running O-hat anytime soon?
I have 75SAM and 69MNK and i still dont have the stupid thing, and i dont have the 2M to pay that BST guild to do it for me, not that i would anyway even if i had the money, thats just stupid
anyway /tell Frenzy if anyone is planning on doing it soon

Find a good LS and gather some people up who need it and people who will help. Find out everything about the fight and what you need and how it is to be done. Then make it happen brudda. Take charge. ^^ GL^^

Doh, damn frenzy D: I don't have one either. I dunno if we doin an Ohat run anytime soon. I still need a golden eye for my cluster >.>

I am sorry you feel that way. everyone that we have done has been happy to finally get their hat some after losing 2 or 3 fights and clusters. the one thing you get from Bestienmeister fighting for you is you know you will get your hat and all you have to do is watch. we are 61/61 on o-hats. we ahve had people tell us the 2 mil fee is to low, but that is another arguement. we schedule 8 hats every saturday if the person is able to get in on a run before then more power to them, but they have a backup plan to get a hat.
I would like to do a run for the O-hat sometime soon, I have my 71 ninja ready for some action. I really would like to get in the action myself and not get it done by someone else and just watch the fight.
If anybody is interested post here. Jacen is a level 70 monk, we have a 70 bard, 71 whm, 75 ranger, and maybe a 73 blm, also a 72 smn and a 72 bst. We could give it a try, I am sure we can get a good alliance and beat the crap out of this mob.
No need to shell out 2M besides the gil you will pay for the cluster if you don't want to farm the eyes.

We now are 62 wins and 0 losses in Optical hat run. It costs us a lot of time to do this ohat, not to mention farming and then fight so we dont force anyone to come. As for fighting you can but you will get hate we cant pull it off you. We need to concentrate on our pets as a lot of time they are T or may repop as T so we cant be watching people who die and trying to raise them. Our pets can cause us enough problems.
I am not telling people to stop using your services; I just posted in response to the OP.
I am not against of what Besteinmaister does, everybody has the right to make some gil some how. As long as you don't mess with anybody or try to impose something into someone, I think is ok. If people are willing to use your services, more power to you.
What you are doing is actually cool. Yeah, a lot of people don't have the means to pay that much gil, but at level 70 if you don't have at least 1M gil you have nothing really. Maybe I am wrong but i know it took me about 2 years to get to level 71. In the process I amassed a lot of gil.
I just wanted to clarify that and the fact that I want to fight for my O-hat.
I don't want it just hand it to me like a little bratt gets his will after throwing a fit.

Party of 16 people went in. Thanks to the people of Your Fantasy to let me go in with them on this run; and thanks to Hessing to hook me up. <bow>, <salute>
Died three times tanking Hakutaku (triple attack is brutal). But in the end worth it all. As I said, nothing tastes better than when you are actually in the fight and doing it yourself.
We did it 6 times, some deaths, and 6 optical hats later we were a happy group.
I will still help anybody that would like to do it, as long as I am not in party or doing something.

YF is really seasoned at Haku :D I dunno if they've lost any either. I remember doing that fight. I still need my golden eye D: then I need to get cluster made. Samurai is approaching the level of need for this ><; lol
