Hey Alla,

I am looking for a high level Wood and Smithing Crafter. Their woodworking needs to be at least 100+? and Smithing leveled to 60 would certainly be a bonus. What I am doing is farming Hickory Lumber for Picaroon Shields for myself and other LS members. The shields otherwise have little to no value other then the NM spawn but the high quality shields (The Picaroon) have a 100% drop rate when the NM is spawned with them. I would be willing to pay 25k for normal quality (Hickory Shield) and 50k for HQ (Picaroon). The Hickory shield gives the NM Spawn only a 50% drop rate so the HQ is really the only one I desire but the Hickory shields will be past along to my fellow Plds as Atlanamas Day gifts.

I know crafters have rules for HQ crafts and tend to hold on to them because they are worth more and replace with a lesser version. As you can read from above, they really do not hold much value in thier lesser form. I am willing to accept pay for failed attempts since I am using your time. Let me know, I have two pieces of Lumber right now thanks to Tainted who was kind enough to come and help me farm for them for about....... 6 hours. I will keep farming and trying until I nail some HQs so that I can get my boys (and girls) some nice shields. Thanks for listening Cerberus Crafters.

PS. Yes, I am aware that there is a crafters list.
PSS. Yes, I am aware that you know it is outdated severly.

I heard it is easier to HQ this since it is a "Quest" item, any validity to that hearsay?

Followed Warf's advice

Fayte Synthesises (sp) a Picaroon's Shield.

Paid 500k for it and now all I need is to get the NM. He shouldn't be a problem.

As I said in LS, this week can't get any better. ^^

Please let this post die in peace. ^_^V

50k for HQ synth? You bum! That shield is guaranteed to get the drop on a 5mil shied! You better be rewarding the crafting with more than 50k you tight-***.

I normally would not reply to a sock puppet but I am feeling quite generous today. The price of the Tatami Shield doesn't come from the difficulty rate of the HQ craft but from the difficulty of the material drops. Not to kill the steam of the crafter that did mine, but people like the above poster need to load brains before shooting off their mouths and learn a little about the game.

That being said, alot of my Paladin friends will be looking Fayte up cause as far as I know, he/she is 2/2 on HQ with these. That's pretty good odds if you ask me.

Am I the only one missing the point of the arguement here?

IMO, even if it was 50k, not bad payment for 2 minutes of effort.

Do not think about sock puppet logic for more then 30 seconds or blood will shoot out your nose.

~Adapted from Lewis Black

Edit: I like how the posters of Cerberus are slowly rating Sockpuppets into Sub-Default history. :P

That would be..... cost of the supplies and free if I am not doing anything but sitting on my laurels. If someone comes to me with supplies that just means they heard about my "leet" skills. That just makes me smile.

Goodbye for the day Alla, Off to Washington DC for the day. Sorry I didn't give you warning Amanada, maybe next time.

LoL! Yeah it's $5 cover (most places) and $25 is on da couch. :-b.
Now Diamonds requires a membership ($45 and good for a year) and it's like $35 to get in the "quiet" room. LoL. Some of the hottest girls work there though. (The type that are prolly a dime a dozen in cali though. :-/)

I'm usually known in the local ones due to my "wilder" days. :-/ I try not to go too much anymore.

How we went from HQ synthing some hickory lumber into strip clubs I have no idea. <.<
