Divine Might: OFollow

OK all I have to say is Leet don't give in to the Dark side. Do not go the way of the "I don't wanna have a challenge on DM, let's just get 15 BLM to beat it for us!" I did this yesterday beat it on first try! I think this BC was the most fun I've had in this game in the 11 months I've been playing. Was so cool watching those Ark Angels biting the dust!!

We only had 2 or 3 BLM in my alliance, Melee DD were 2 MNK, SAM, DRK(me) other than that we had I think 2 or 3 NIN, 1 or 2 PLD, 1 BRD, and the rest were RDM and WHM. We did it in about 24 minutes. Wiped once after the TT, Mr, and GK were dead and Hume was at about 50% HP he Mijin Gakure and wiped us. Most everyone had RR, so we got up and pwnd the last 2. Keep your head up man you can do it the way it was meant to be done(and truth be told isn't earning what you get so much more gratifying.).

How did you kill the taru quickly? Thats the real hinge factor when you only have 2 BLM.

On my last attempt he warped around and used breakga like 4 times right at the start. Mnk two hours were wasted due to unstoppable petrification.

Break free of being stoned, land 2 punches, stoned again. I thought that was a TP move but the taru can do it after each warp for free, sometimes back to back.

I have no idea why people dread the sleep from other enemies (poison potion stops that effortlessly). The mithra and GK are a joke. Breakga is insane >.<

Pre-rng nerf, this fight was a joke I hear. The load up on rng and it was supposedly cake.

On a side note, I was kind of inspired to watch the video of the 18 monks winning this ^^ Took a lot of work and a wipe, and tooke 29:30 forthe win, but what a win!

Sadly our server is a little shy of high lvl monks. Finding two other monks to XP with is hard enough, let alone 17 others.

LoL Spira the RDM and WHM nor BLM didn't do most of the DMG to the TT it was mostly Ronin and I, we startded out @ 300% TP he Tachi:Geko for ???? I'm gonna say 1200-1400 and I did a Ground Strike for about 1800 I wanna say. He only has like 5k hp so Ronin and I did over half the DMG to him in 2 WS. Then my next WS to the MR was a 150% Spinning Slash that hit for around 1350. I thought that our BLM started out with Thunder 4 on the TT but I might be mistaken. The TT never used Breakga. He was honestly dead in under 30 sec. Quite possibly much faster. the BLM nukes took em down to around 65-70% then some small RDM nukes a lil lower Ronin WS'd then I WS'd and he was dead.

MR went down hella fast as well. BLM casting MNK doing that crazy DoT and Ronin and I pwnin it with BIG WS poor lil kitty kat didn't stand a chance. The only AA that I had any respect for was the Elf PLD. That chick can take a hit. Neither Ronin nor I broke 1k on her. I hit for somewhere in the 900's and Ronin was close by in the high 700's or 800's I can't remember. Naturally he WS'd twice though...fu<kin meditate >< >< :P It was fairly tough fight not Cause they have a decent ammount of HP and thy hit hard. But not being able to hit like a HNM or not doing great DMG to em isn't the prob. Anyway it was fun and Leet Good luck man I hope you succeed!

Yeah but nobody likes sloppy seconds, it's always better the first time around ^^
