Nooooo!!!! awhile back I deleted my content Id's with plan to reactivate them at a later date, was taking a break from the game... I totally forgot about Laago and now.... HES GONE!! :(

Any idea how to go about this? I have a friend that quit about 6 months ago, and he'd really like to come back. He was back-and-forth with SE a bunch of times via phone, but they basically told him that he was S.O.L.

Actually I also heard once from somebody that somebody deleted their content id's but they were able to get a GM to recall their characters. Not sure if there is a time limit for this...I would think 90 days but only one way to find out i guess. If it doesn't work maybe we can actually pt sometime when i go back on in a couple of weeks :)
There is a catch to this. By what I can remember... SE cannot recover a character saved on a content ID that was later used to place another character. It's dumb, but I believe you had to leave the content IDs open for SE to successfully retrieve your character.
Time limit is three months and you can only have your character's reinstated once. Content ID's can be reinstated a longgggg time after that. I deleted mine 5 months ago and I still can. Just the characters aren't there.
