We went to see both of them but lighthouse we arnt able to go up, and hostel we cannot go IN.
So my question is is the wedding in lighthouse downstairs or upstairs and in hostel is on the terrace?

I've been to a wedding at the lighthouse. The group is actually teleported up by the GM who is conducting the service. I can't say for sure about the place in Windy, but it may be a similar deal.
