heh yeah Phog I hop on there once in a while.

I used to play it alot in FF9, but the game itself is kind of bland and kinda has a low replay value. But the only way to learn is to give it a shot and buy a deck of cards on the game.

give me a holla sometime we go get drinks and talk FFXI !

Why not promote things that are popular, but promote things people will not be interested in?

I know without a shadow of a doubt, if Triple Triad was there instead of Tetra Master, nobody would even think about FFXI itself.

Amen. Triple Triad was *the bomb*.

I was soooo disappointed that it was Tetra Master instead.

ORRRRRRR...

They could link the two games together, just like in FF8; where you might get a certain monster card from a drop or quest, then take it into your Triple Triad game. I'd pay an extra monthly fee for *that.*

ORRRRRRRR...

What they *really* should do is intergrate the card game into FFXI itself. We'd have card halls and touranments or just a casual way to pass time while you're LFG. Does any MMO have a side game like that that players could interact with each other at any time?

Triple Triad was sooooo much better than Tetra master in every way. I'd play it online and wouldn't care if I lost every single hand.

Besides, was it just me? Or did anyone else have the problem where Tera Master doesn't even seem to follow it's own rules? I know I've had a higher card in every way to the adjacent card, and lost. Huh?!

P.S.

Oooo! Oooo! Maybe even have a way to develop your own personal card of you! Hehe, then we could pass around cards of players. That would be interesting.

Phogg, its kinda like the card game in FF 8 or 9... or like Magic Online... it's ok. I played during the beta, but I haven't touched it since.
