I am sure a considerable amount of PC players now uses Windower, and SE and other PS2 players know that just as well. I myself do not use it on the basis of computer security, ToS violation and personal displeasure in the potential other abuses of "plug ins", and the fact I do not need to.
Lot of people scream loud when their accounts are compromised, or they see apparent cheating in the game using "plug-ins". I can see the enticement of using plug-ins (in a non-harmful manner), but "Willing to Gamble, Must Accept the Loss." Nobody forces you go to casinos, use plugin in games, or whatever, but you volunteered to roll dice, and should accept the dice roll will become.
I myself support SE to develop a browser for Playonline, but I think that is not as straightforward and easy as a lot of people think -- that is my point.

Art for the sake of art itself is an idle sentence.
Art for the sake of truth, for the sake of what is
beautiful and good — that is the creed I seek.
- George Sand
A designer knows he has achieved perfection,
not when there is nothing left to add,
but when there is nothing left to take away.
