Based on a few web searches, etc. It appears that "Hui" refers to a spoken dialect of chinese.
Meanwhile, Xiang refers to a ruler of the Xia Dynasty. However, it also seems to refer to a region as well.
Now you got me curious... I wonder what the philosophy of the Xia Dynasty rulers was all about^^
Edit: Here's a little blurb that I found regarding the Xia Dynasty. I think its an interesting little description of the Xia dynasty: "The ruling class inevitably lacked the necessary experience to govern the country. During their four-hundred-year reign, internal conflicts and power struggles continually caused trouble for the dynastic rulers."...
Perhaps they percieve their LS to be in a power struggle against others and view SE to be the inept rulers of Vana D^^
Hmmm.. since SE can't control them... they may actually be somewhat accurate... lol.
