It would just pwn if u could quest for utsusemi ni...i can't BCNM for it so i have to buy it for 500k.. it was 800k, thankfully it lowered ^^;
now im stuck raising bastok fame to get scroll of tele dem and to sell that with tele mea and holla for the gil for utsusemi ni. i cant farm for the gil cause lvl 35 ninja is my highest job -_- and u can't really farm 500k at a quick rate at this lvl...
who else thinks utsusemi ni needs to be quested?
please don't bash on me or anything..i am just a curious person >.>

man if it was questable i'd do it in a heartbeat. my NIN's 35 so i'd need Ni but mostly for when my WAR hits 74. so i can wait till than.

Lvl thf to 15, go to north gustabef and farm beehive chips. You can get 12 stacks worth 120k in 3-4 hours.

well...i dont wanna get my thf from 1 to 15 atm just to farm something that isnt easy for me to get...stingy bees. anyway. i did selbina quest and got lvl 7 sandy fame, lvl 6 bastok fame and 9 jeuno fame--though my norg fame lowered in the process -_-. so i got tele mea, dem, and holla scrolls for sale at the AH. when they sell i can get utsu ni and continue lvling.. i must've turned down something like 15+ invites while questing o_o
Lol your best bet at that level is to level thf. It won't be as hard to get considering thief has Treasure Hunter. Lolz ninja is awesome post 37. Once you get Ni it's a lot more enjoyable.
