Looks like I'm going to start leveling my first melee job. >_> (tarutaru Sotabard) What makes it kind of funny, is that I'm leveling it with a friend, who is a main WAR/NIN.
I would hope you realised that wasn't the funny part. The funny part is, that we're literally just switching our jobs. He's going to be a BRD/WHM (What my main is), and I'm going to be a WAR/NIN (His main)
It just seems sick and wrong, but it should be funny.

My WAR is only 16. So far I haven't gotten into much strategy with it, just kind of whacking the crap out of things. Sure is fun!!

Sotaka if you remember Kayleigh (not many do anymore). She was my first character. I took her to 56WHM. Played only WHM (and subs) for 1.5 years. Then I tried war and fell in love with it. Utisemi (spelling?) tended to get on my nerves at first X.x But it was a lot of fun. My current main job is again, WHM. Though honestly >.>;; I'm considering going war again XD !

Switching from mage to melee really refreshed things for me. Typo probably wouldn't exist right now if it weren't for mnk, and that experience has lead to me having bunches of fun with thf, war, and now nin on a new character.

I agree... switching from SMN/WHM (main healing 90% of my pt's) to nin/war (tanking 80% of my pt's) was fun... I especially liked the fact the taru was wh00pin *** and holdin hate (with the right pt's). However, like every other job, the closer I got to 30, the more drab and teadious it became...
