Cerberus - Looking for a good linkshellFollow

I'm living in The Netherlands so a linkshell with alot of European players would be nice. I hope to find a ls with jobs > 60 mostly. My experiences with other ls's is that I'm mostly helping lower levels and not getting anything in return...(not even a thank you!) This is obviously not what I'm looking for...

Also I hope to find an active ls with a website with schedule of activities (not necessarily though).

My jobs:
DRG72 (main exp sub /war37, for solo and missions /rdm)
NIN43 RDM41 WAR37 WHM32 BLM30 BST24 RNG20 DRK20 SAM20 MNK20 THF18
SMN11 PLD11 BRD1

My goal is to bring drg, rdm, nin, (bst?, blm?, rng?, smn?) to 75.

Sandorian rank 8 (8-1 done)
Zilart 4 (wanna get to sky for HNM and GOD stuff)
Cooking skill 100 (!)

My interests are missioning, exp parties (also duoing, trioing as DRG or BST), Dynamis, ENM's, BCNM's, HNM/NM hunting) etc etc
I spend alot of time on this game...
