Ok, this may have been addressed, if so sry. I haven't checked this place in a lil while.
I was under the impression that some of the new areas were to be 20-75. Is this true as far as anyone can tell? Or is it mostly higher lvl areas for more things to explore and so on?

Oldton check as EP at level 42, however Newton checks as IT at level 55.
Newton mobs cons as VT to IT to me as a level 62 White Mage, so Newton may be a good place to level for level 61-63.
Uleguerand Range cons as Even to EP as a level 59 Bard.
Bikini Bay... That place is nuts, from worthless prey to IT as a level 62. The hobgoblins there are really really tough.
