Setting up alliance for this Tuesday night. We will need 3 balanced parties to get up to the Spire, and for the NM fight.
I already have a few interested members, but please gather in Lower Jeuno, and have all your cutscenes finished if you would like to go.
Please be prepared to spend a little money on potions, ethers drops and drinks.
Parties should preferably have:
Whm (a must)
Rdm or Blm
Summoner or Bard
2 Melee with Provoke
Ranger

Me and Corrderio were able to beat Promyvion-Dem tonight, which is the easiest, but the same strategy will most likely apply for all the Spire fights.

I wanna add one thing for this, everyone bring antidotes for this fight, AoE poison isn't fun, and WHMs can't keep removing poison since aroudn 50% he'll do AoE constnatly that throws ppl a good distance away from him
Count me in as RDM (or worst case WHM if you can't find enough.)
BTW do they have to be done in a certain order? I have not done any of them yet.

There is nothing more frustrating than setting up an Alliance and someone key member has forgotten to activate the mission/quest.
So I think the instructions should be posted on how to get the CoP mission activated:
1) Install CoP (and register the extension content ID)
2) Head to Lower Delkfutt's Tower. You will get a cool cut scene. You don't need to do anything.
3) Head to Upper Jeuno. You get another cutscene, no action required.
4) Go to Infirmary Monberaux in Upper Jeuno and talk with Monberaux.
5) Go to Guard room inside the Jeuno Duke Palace in Ru'Lude Gardens. Talk to the guards (I don't remember the names, just talk to all of them to be safe :)
There, you are now all set to do the Promyvions mission.

Dem was easy!??!?! ACK! Yeah the trip there was cake but that NM wiped us easily. :-/ I've come to the conclusion that I'm never going to win a BCNM fight. LoL

And since I don't see Paladin class posted on setup, does that means that you forgot to include us or are we not suited for that type of BCNM, please explain....
Well....if by some miracle I get CoP today then count me in. Well, now that I think about it...my chances are slim to none.

Also, another "Strategy" I'd like to try, lets use the LS to form up parties, proper parties. Then meet up in prom after we're good to go. Said parties can farm while we wait for everyone. I, and my fellow Lumberjacks, don't like throw-together groups ><

I was in Eilurac's group, we pwned it ^^. I agree with Tekkub that each pt should have the Rare/Ex item for Holla, from what I hear, it's the worst of the 3, so every little bit helps. Good Job tonight everyone, trip was smooth, fight was even more so. See you guys on Thursday, until then, take care ^^
