Crackler Recipe <Please Help!> <Reward>Follow

I posted this in the Trade Skill Forum as well, but I am pretty desperate for this Crackler recipe. (not the lvl 15 Cracker item either..the crackLer with an L in the word).

It's a firework that basically shoots off a big "Congratulations". I love shooting these off when you level. It can be made like all other firecrackers through the Alchemy Guild. I just can't find the recipe and I would love to lvl with it when doing Alchemy :(

I think some JP players have the ability to make them on our server, so if anyone knows Japanese and could do a search on the internet or something on one of their sites I would totally appreciate that too :)

Hell I will even give a 15k Gil reward for anyone that can find this recipe for me.
