Naphille Pochette??Follow

I found something the other day helping a group get level cap item for 1. It was either in Garlaige Citadel or Crawler's Nest. I looked everything in this site to find out what or where it belongs and i have no luck. The description is has on it. A yellow circle on right top side. And states:
Naphille is known around Jeuno for being on the cutting edge of fashion trends. Anyone who's who in the duchy can be seen carrying one of her outrageously expensive pochettes. Thinking maybe I could wear it so tried it. And nope I can't wear it. Does anyone know what to do with this item. Saving it.
