one must be rank 10 for it to show up in "common items"

Check bazaars in Jeuno, a lot of rank 10 players have been putting them up for 50k.
yeah, I got my Kingdom one from a bazzar, but being from windy it would be nice to have a Federation one ^^
you said it shows up in common items? how much CP does it cost then?

i dont know how much CP it is since i'm only rank 8. Banigaru gave me this information after she bought one.
got a JP to give me the info, costs 5k CP... perhaps I can just get someoen to buy one for me ^^ thanks for your help coberst
