If I read it right, on the updates page form SquareEnix/Playonline it says that they are Rank10 CP bought items. I saw a person wearing Kingdom Aketon and Kingdom Signa? It was a staff that looked like Monster Signa with Sandy flag on it. The kingdom Aketon did the same thing as the republic one, and the signa had an ehancement of Signet. It also had a better chance of getting Crystals.
Yeah, the thing is when I try to look at the rank 10 items, it says there aren't any. But then maybe that's cause I'm only rank 5. Though why would they show all the other rank items and not those ones.
You can only check rank10 items in your home country. If you are trying to check for rank10 items from the Jeuno guards it won't work. Maybe that helps? lol I don't know...just something I read earlier during my damn 8-hour retarded update ^^;
I can confirm the body piece is rank 10 in home country, migh talso be if in first, this was in Sandy.
As for the staves, didn't see one avail in Sandy and they're in first, but I've seen a Windy on e equipped, perhaps it's only avail in not-first cities?
*edit* just checked bastok on a mule, body piece not available. Didn't see signet staff in there anywhere either. Hmmm....

I can see Rank10 items in jeuno, saw the Kingdom Aketon there, but i didnt see the staff under Common items or whatever its called ^^;
I saw the Kingdom Aketon in Jeuno and Sandy (I'm from Sandy) in the rank 10 items (Sandy is 1st this week.)

you probally cant buy these items unless your country is in 1st place in conquest. there are many conquest items that can only be bought when your country is in 1st

I heard these are rank 10 and go for like 10,000 CP or some obnoxious number. I guess I have to stop buying instant warps :)

ok on the subject.
the Aketons: your country must be in first place for it to show up in the Rank 10 items. i believe this wonderful thing cost 56000 CP.
the Signet Staff: you must be rank 10 for this item to show up in the "Common Items" section. this doozy of a staff will set you back 5000 CP. well now you know and knowing is half the battle.

Saw this just yesterday although it was actually a Federation Aketon, pretty sweet.
