I cannot express how excited I was to finally reach Lv61 for Reprisal. Only, GO FIGURE, the NPC that sells it is kidnapped. Where are those people who buy from NPC and sell on the AH when you need them!?
If anyone has this scroll, I'd like to buy it from you. Or if you would like to help me rescue the person who sells them, I'd be immeasurably grateful.

Finally got Reprisal today! The NPC came back!
