EU/UK LS on Bismarck /ignore, moved to AsuraFollow

So yeah,
have resubbed for 4th time. This game is like a drug ;_;
First reason for quitting 4 months ago was burnout, I was playing too much.
Second was lack of people to do missions/events with.
I had been in Astral Plane LS, which was huge, but only few were from my timezone. So most of LS events started at like 3am.
Anyway, although it's futile, I'd like to ask again:
Is there EU/UK LS? Or at least with enough EU/UK ppl? But not engame only, I'm far from engame T_T.
If only SE launched one region-specific server..
Global servers are good if you have same pop in each timezone, not when one is like 1/3 of others.
