BCNM 40 Under ObservationFollow

I needs a BLM, I'm thinking I can count on Radec to participate, but I need one more. I've started camping Argus and was thinking that maybe we could give this one a try as I finally have 40 seals on Wintaru again. Maybe Arondight if he has the gear for it?

Well I have a bunch of jobs that can use it, but they're selling for 2.5 million a pop on the AH right now, that's a lot of money to ask people to give up. Not to mention the drop rate is something like 10% or less on it.

I actually had a fairly good TOD on Argus from Sunday night (he had popped at 2am on Monday morning, but when I logged in at 11pm last night and stayed until 2:30, he hadn't popped yet and this morning my *** was dragging so bad I'm not sure if I'll be camping him anymore or not

Let's shoot for Friday, maybe we can do a test run sooner if 3 of us are all on earlier this week. I'm going to try to get on tonight to get my gear put together for my BLM. Hopefully everyone has Stonega II, it sounds like if you have 3 blms face away and all cast at the same time after Stonega II, Thundaga and Waterga the 2 smaller eyes are dead and it's a tier II fest to the finish. I think we did these before I quit and had some success, just no drops worth mentioning.

I've gotten a bunch of charms doing this BCNM as NIN/BLM. A SMN or a RDM can kite the big guy while each NIN takes the smaller ones.

It really pays hanging onto all the capped INT gear you can get to do this BC as NIN/BLM and eat Melon Pies (if I feel really confident I grab +1s). I'm usually at +14 or higher on INT and casting the wheel yields 89-110 dmg per spell cast. Drain to self heal helps too (up to 60 HP per drain helps a lot!), and Ice Spikes for the win when shadows drop at the wrong time. My mob dies fast and I help out the other NIN finish his, if needed. Oh yeah and you've got warp to go home free of charge!

If you wanna give this a try and need another NIN, let me know! It's just too much fun to do this BC as NIN (and OMG I'm a BLM! lol).
