RespiceFinem- Linkshell details insideFollow

Some of you may know me, some of you might not. Reguardless, this post is in reguards to the new Linkshell Respice Finem (Latin for Look to the End). I myself have been on the Bismarck server since about 6 months after PC launch as part time and a full time player. The Leader of the linkshell -Shay- has been around since launch. Akutenchi another co-founder joined Bismarck around the same time I did as well.

I Hope I don't make this overly too long but here are some linkshell details.

We are NOT your typical End Game get the leader all the items they want from Sky and Sea and just focus on that shell. No, we're changing things up. Respice Finem seeks to put gil in its members pockets and gear on their backs. With Gil Payouts based off points and the total gil in the bank for that week, is just one way we are changing things from the typical end game LS.

Me personally I have been in a number of End Game shells dealing with everything from Sky to Dynamis to HNM. I've been made a pawn for leaders to get what they want, as have alot of people. Things that Respice Finem seeks to dominate in are, Salvage for one. Why keep trying to get items that have been around forever when there are new more powerful items. Ground Gods, HNM's. Yeah the Sky items are nice but there are some things that members want that you just can't get up there, that we want everyone to have. Dynamis, once the bank starts rolling Dynamis will be a major focus, Not for AF2 as a whole, but another change from Typical is, Members can buy currency with their points! Sell it, use it for Relic we dont care YOU earned it.

We will dabble in Sky in the beginning to get the Bank started and get the few people still hoping for Haidate, Kote etc their items. We do NOT have a bidding system, quite frankly I think bidding systems can be kind of lame, seeing as how the last shell I was in, you could buy something with 1 point...
Also no stupid "Priority people/jobs" aka the officers and leader. Everyone is a priority, The only time we favor others is how many points you have, how hard you've busted your butt trying to get what we're getting, then you deserve it. Rather than sitting in Sky not able to get an item cause your not a priority and some guy who's first night is.

We seek to bring back the Glory days of End game. The days when you saw someone in certin linkshells and you just knew they were Elite/ a force to be reckoned with.

Currently We are seeking and accepting all jobs.
