Fishing at Knightswell I came across a bunch of hume level 1 wars (they look identical). They all only have fishing poles and little worms, and don't talk to anyone.

There's a group of alleged RMT out in the water at the beach in Bubu just above Mhaura. They're all huddled together - must be 10 or more of them. Their answer the the Goblin Bounty Hunters? They have a high-level babysitter that keeps the goblins dead.
