Please help. Cant play FFXIFollow

Let me begin at the start of the problem. I have recently come back from a 6 month break off FFXI. I no longer posses a bank account so I have no debit card. So I went out and got a prepaid mastercard. Prepaid mastercard work almost EXACTLY like a real mastercard the difference being u really have money on the card. When I first started playing FFXI in 2004 I used a prepaid debit card to play so yes prepaid cards work for FFXI. Anyway I bought my prepaid mastercard update my payment info and rejoined final fantasy. It was great. Around 7pm the first day I came back I left home and went to hang out with friends. The next day I was unable to play FFXI. I recieved a message saying my payment info was invalid. so I updated again and paid the fees with the same mastercard info. My payment was accepted, and I know it was because it shows on my mastercard online statement the FFXI took $15 out of my account.
I then recieved a message from pol thanking me for my payment and welcomeing me back to playonline and it reminds me to reactivate my content id because they deactivated when my payment info didnt go through. Now here is my problem.
I cannot buy a new or reactivate a content id. when i go into the content id section no matter what I click I get the same error message - "ERROR UCS -1104
You cannot purchase a content id. Please try again after checking the following.
* Make sure payment info is valid
*Make sure your playonline id has not been canceled.

I know its noy my payment info because my statement shows they have already recieved my money. So that means my pol id has been cancelled? How the hell do I uncancel it? If its canceled why can I still use the pol viewer which requires an active pol id?

Please help me out. Sorry for the long post just wanted anyone willing to help to know exactly whats going on.

Do you still have the old content id there? Go check. Reason I say this is because you say you tried to purchase a new one. Well the card only paid for your account. If you still have the old id (even if its deactivated) it won't let you get a new one unless you pay another buck. If you got the other one there you and you've reactivated POL you should be able to just reactivate the content id also.

did you activate your prepaid card? Also if not they are having problems with the reactivation on pol, I believe there is a maintenance I think.

From the content id section there are 5 options. 2 of them are (1) purchase a new ID (2) Reactivate
Both of these options take me to
"ERROR UCS -1104

Yes my prepaid card was activated.


Update
I tried to get ahold of pol support. They must assume Im an idiot. I sent them a message detailing my problem as best i could. Their response was basically - Please check the Q & A section. if problem persists please send this message back to us.
My friend Schism says I need to pay them more money. Though how I'm supposed to do that when i cant even login to the section where I make payments is beyond me. I will try to call pol tomorrow from work. I work 9-6 usually in construstion so it's going to be loud. I would really rather call from home so I can at least have pol open when talking with someone about this problem though. sigh.

Is "proof read" one or two words? I think it's 2 but I don't have a college edumacation to back that up..what about you Gam? do you have a college education or did you just forget to proof read again...asshat...

I tired to cancel my account and the stupid Maintenance kept me from being able too. By the time I get off work they are closed, and when you call your on hold 30+ mins I cant do that during work.

I think they do it on purpose to get another month out of us.

well i tried again to reactivate my account this morning. I got the same stinking error message. Playonline doesnt have anything up in the tech section though saying they've fixed the problem either though.

Update

I got off work early today so I was actually able to get home and call POL customer service. I was told " We are still experiancing issues with the registration server so you will probably have to wait a few more days."
Lame.
