Often in times like these, a passionate third party is the best route to go. You know both sides, you have made it your mission to seek out peace, and you have learned from experience. Plus with your renewed interest in the game, you have a burning desire to play, fueled by the memories you have of the past "golden age".
While the leader of one shell admitted fault in something, a grudge by others can be a tough thing to get rid of as suspicion always creeps in someone's mind until there is enough proof of learning from that mistake to make up for it. Well, by starting your own shell, you can finally absolve the one of making the mistake and the other for forming a divisive splinter group. You will effectively erase the lines between people or "tear down that wall".
