I've seen it before too. I mean when another drg gives me the secret handshake it is one thing, but I honestly think these guys are a little obnoxious because I see it every 30 seconds.

We probably weren't the first one's but there used to be a LS called SectaVictoriae and that was something funny we all made up to do. Exactly like that but with our own LS in there. The LS is no longer around and I don't believe anyone in that LS is from SecVic, but I'd be willing to bet they saw us do that one day (or one of the other few groups that did it) and decided to 'steal' it hehe. I was pissed off a little the first time I saw it because it was 'our' thing, but meh, nothing I can do hehe. ^^

Heh. Funny you should say that because me and an LS member were in Jeuno the other night and saw 2-3 guys spamming that crap. We found it annoying as well.
