Is it just me or are the lower level areas really empty.
There seems to be no one around my level (Level 10 Black mage) in Windurst.
how are we suppose to find parties??

Most folks are now going to the Dunes (Valkurm Dunes) at level 9 or 10 rather than try to group with folks near home cities.
The Dunes can be brutal to new players at levels 9 and 10, but it's doable with some experienced folks in the party. Good Luck!

you wont find anyone in Windy Anyway.It's desserted.But yeah go to Dunes.
